工作职责:
1、从事丙烯酸酯类、环氧树脂类、硅胶或聚氨酯类方向的胶黏剂产品配方研发以及样品制作;
2、根据项目要求开展研发实验,对试验和测试的数据进行收集与汇总;
3、根据领导安排定期提交工作汇报,并针对试验结果提交改进方案;
4、领导交办的其他研发。
任职要求:
1、熟悉胶黏剂产品研发,对所开发方向的技术原理有深入研究;
2. 对相应的下游应用工艺有深入的了解,并能够对客户的潜在需求做出预判;
3. 熟悉所开发产品的生产工艺,确保所开发产品的正常放大和投产;
4. 掌握高分子常规分析方法和性能测试方法。
